Subculture procedure The yellow suspicious colonies were directly picked from TSA plate and inoculated with L-lysine decarboxylase broth (1), L-ornithine decarboxylase broth (2), L-arginine dihydrolase (3), amino acid decarboxylase control (4), Simon's citrate (5), D-sorbitol (6), L-rhamnose (7), D-sucrose (8), D-honey disaccharide (9), amygdalin (10), oxidase test (11). Please refer to the GB4789.40-2016 standard to judge the result. (After inoculation, put 30 ℃ (Simon's citrate 37 ℃, semi-plug) and culture with full plug for 24±2h, and add sterilized paraffin to cover the liquid level of the medium after inoculation in the amino acid decarboxylase control tube)
