Subculture procedure | Suspicious moss was selected from the separation plate (CN agar) and inoculated into each microvial flask and test tube. The inoculated vials and test tubes are then plugged with rubber plugs. Generally, full plugs are used. In special cases, half plugs are used. The vials are placed upright in the groove of the inner support, or placed in a suitable bottle rack. The vials are cultured in an incubator at 35-37 ℃ and the results are observed. |
