The newly developed indoor quality control products of Escherichia coli deoxyribonucleic acid liquid and Listeria monocytogenes deoxyribonucleic acid liquid are applicable to relevant laboratories for indoor quality control, effective monitoring of instrument status, personnel operation, effectiveness of test kits, etc., to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
The product is prepared by adding an appropriate amount of stabilizer to the bacterial liquid collected after culture and passage, which is an inactivated bacterial suspension. Digital PCR was used for absolute quantification with good homogeneity and stability. Packed in 1.5mL cryopreservation tubes, 0.5mL for each tube. The product is shipped with a full set of certificates, and the quality is guaranteed.

Instruction:
Take it out of the refrigerator, melt it completely, mix it with vortex oscillation, and then use it. Note: The essential control substance is an inactivated particle, which needs to be used after the nucleic acid is extracted. The extraction or purification reagent needs to be prepared by yourself. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing before extraction. The minimum sampling volume is 200μ L.

2 The product uses heat inactivation method, which is likely to cause protein damage, and is only applicable to nucleic acid and other tests
3 Although the product has been inactivated, it should still be operated by trained laboratory professionals, paying attention to biological safety protection. It shall be treated as potentially bioinfectious samples, and the operation and treatment shall comply with relevant regulations.
Adenovirus type 41 is a common virus that causes gastrointestinal infections in infants and young children. Nucleic acid detection is currently the most accurate and sensitive detection technology.
