Culture medium	Nutritional gravy medium (English name: NA/NB): beef paste 3.0g, peptone 10.0g,NaCl 5.0g, agar 20.0g (not included in liquid medium), distilled water 1.0L,pH 7.0. Sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15min. [Note] Adding 5 mgMnSO4 · H2O to culture Bacillus is beneficial to produce spores.
Subculture procedure	Samples require a total of 6 mL of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30 min, then opened in the biosafety cabinet, 6 mL of sterile water is immediately added, and the vials are shaken after dissolution, and the uniform shaking is the negative quality control sample, with a total concentration of 6 mL and a concentration of 300~3000 CFU/mL.

3. Instructions

Dissolve the material by 6mL of sterile water or sterile saline. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, it was then opened in a biological safety cabinet,immediately add 6 mL of sterile water, shake the vial after dissolving，evenly shaken is a positive quality control sample，the concentration is 300~3000 CFU/mL.

4. Precautions

1. Upon receipt, please keep it properly. if it is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours.

2. Please handle in a biosafety cabinet under sterile conditions. The material shall be used up once opened.

3. The product contains risk-3 pathogenic organisms，please do not directly touch the samples with your hands, please discard the residual samples after high temperature and high pressure sterilization.

5. Preservation and transportation

long-term storage: -20 ℃, valid for 1 year; ship on ice bag; the shipping time should not exceed 10 days.
