Subculture procedure | 3 to 5 single colonies were selected from the plate and mixed with 5mL sterile PBS to make a bacterial suspension. 100 μL of bacterial suspension was inoculated into each microvial flask and test tube (solid medium was directly picked up and inoculated with a single colony). The inoculated vials and test tubes are covered with rubber plugs, cultured with semi-plug, upright in the groove of the inner support, or placed in a suitable bottle rack, cultured in an incubator at 35-37 ℃ for 24-48h, and the results are interpreted according to Shiga's Test for Microbiological Examination of GB4789.5-2012 Food. |
