Culture medium	Peptone: 10.0, beef powder: 3.0, sodium chloride: 5.0, agar: 15.0,pH: 7.3±0.1(25 ℃)
Subculture procedure	3 to 5 single colonies were selected from the plate and mixed with 5mL sterile PBS to make a bacterial suspension. 100 μL of bacterial suspension was inoculated into each microvial flask and test tube (solid medium was directly picked up and inoculated with a single colony).
