Subculture procedure | Samples required a total of 500mL of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30min, and then in biological safety. Open the whole cabinet, add 3~4mL of sterile water immediately, suck it out after dissolving, and put it into a sterile bottle. Wash the inner wall of the vial repeatedly with the remaining sterile water, and turn it all over. Transfer to the above sterile bottle, that is, the positive quality control sample, the concentration of 300 ~ 3000MPN/L. |
