Fecal coliform positive control samples (multi-tube fermentation)

Culture medium	Nutritional gravy medium (English name: NA/NB): beef paste 3.0g, peptone 10.0g,NaCl 5.0g, agar 20.0g (not included in liquid medium), distilled water 1.0L,pH 7.0. Sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15min. [Note] Adding 5 mgMnSO4 · H2O to culture Bacillus is beneficial to produce spores.
Subculture procedure	Samples require a total of 200mL of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, followed by biological safety Open the whole cabinet, immediately add 3~4mL of sterile water, dissolve it and suck it out into a sterile bottle, repeatedly wash the inner wall of the vials with the remaining sterile water, and turn it all around. When moved to the above sterile bottle, it is a positive quality control sample, totaling 200mL, with a concentration of 300 ~ 3000MPN/L.

2. Instructions

The sample requires a total of 200mL of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, then opened in the biosafety cabinet, 3~4mL of sterile water is immediately added, dissolved and sucked out into a sterile bottle, the remaining sterile water is repeatedly washed into the inner wall of the Xilin bottle, and all of them are transferred to the above sterile bottle, which is 200mL of negative quality control sample with a concentration of 300 ~ 3000MPN/L.

3. Precautions

1. after receiving the goods, please keep it properly. if it is damaged, please contact the center within 24 hours after receiving it.

2. Please operate in a sterile environment and a biosafety cabinet when using. After opening, you must use it all at once.

3. this product contains three types of pathogenic microorganisms, please do not directly touch the samples in the bottle with your hands, please discard the residual samples after high temperature and high pressure sterilization.

4. Preservation and transportation

long-term storage:-20 ℃, valid for 2 years; Transportation conditions: ice bag transportation, the time should not exceed 10 days.
