Growth characteristics | The colony is white and filamentous, producing a large number of black spores, with yellowish brown on the reverse side. The colony surface is flat, with radial grooves, velvet texture and a small amount of colorless exudate. Conidia head spherical, 50-80μm in diameter; The diameter of the spore stem is 10-15μm, and the wall is smooth. The apical capsule is spherical, with a diameter of 30-40μm, and the surface is fully fertile. The spore-producing structure is double-layered, with a stem base of 10-12 × 2-3μm; Bottle stem 6-8 × 2-3μm; Conidia spherical, with a diameter of 3-4μm and rough wall. |
