Subculture procedure | ① Prepare 2 pieces of the above-mentioned plates; ② After the surface of the ampoule tube is disinfected, open it in a safety cabinet, burn the top with an alcohol lamp, then quickly drop sterile water to break it, and then crush it with tweezers; ③ Absorb 0.5mL sterile water (placed in anaerobic environment for 24h) into a freeze-drying tube, fully dissolve the bacterial powder, and then punch 2 pieces of plates, 200 μL/piece, and coat evenly; ④ Place the plate under the above culture conditions, and the strain can be used when it grows. |
