Culture medium	Liquid thioglycolate medium (FT): 15.0g of caseptone (trypsin hydrolysis), 5.0g of yeast extract, 5.0g of glucose, 0.5g of sodium thioglycolate, 0.5g of L-cystine, 2.5g of sodium chloride, 0.001g of azure, 0.75g of agar, 1.0L of distilled water and 7.1±0.2 of pH value. Sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15min.
Subculture procedure	(1) Prepare a φ18mm test tube of 10ml liquid medium ( put in an anaerobic environment for 24h before handling); (2) sterilizing the ampoule, open it in biosafety cabinet, heat the tip of ampoule in a flame, quickly drop sterile water to creak it, then break it with forceps; (3) draw 0.5mL of liquid culture medium into the freeze dried ampoule, fully rehydrate and transfer the solution to the liquid test tube, mix evenly; (4) Place the liquid test tube under the above-mentioned specified "culture conditions" for cultivation, and the bacterial liquid is turbid or there is a large amount of bacterial growth at the bottom.

morphology	Fusobacterium nuclei subspecies, a gram-negative bacterium, has a slender shape, and the ends are as thin as a shuttle. The liquid culture medium of thioglycolate is turbid. It is recommended to use liquid culture.
