Water quality fecal coliform standard quality control sample (filter membrane method)

Culture medium	Nutritional gravy medium (English name: NA/NB): beef paste 3.0g, peptone 10.0g,NaCl 5.0g, agar 20.0g (not included in liquid medium), distilled water 1.0L,pH 7.0. Sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15min. [Note] Adding 5 mgMnSO4 · H2O to culture Bacillus is beneficial to produce spores.
Subculture procedure	Samples require a total of 100mL of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, then opened in the biological safety cabinet, 3~4mL of sterile water is immediately added, dissolved and sucked out into a sterile bottle, the remaining sterile water is repeatedly washed into the inner wall of the Xilin bottle, and all of them are transferred to the above sterile bottle, which is the standard quality control sample, equivalent to 100mL of water sample to be tested. It is suggested that the filtration volume is 25~65mL, and the number of fecal coliform colonies is 20~60, and the total number is less than 200.

3. Instructions

Dissolve the material by 100mL of sterile water or sterile saline. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, then opened in the biosafety cabinet, 3-4ml of sterile water is immediately added, dissolved and transferred into a sterile bottle; rinse the inner wall of the penicillin bottle with the remaining sterile water, and transfer all the solution to the former sterile bottle. that is reference quality control material，it is quivalent to 100ml of water to be tested. If the filtration volume is 25~65ml, the number of fecal coliform colonies is 20~60, and the total colonies is less than 200.

4. Precautions

1. Upon receipt, please keep it properly. if it is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours.

2. Please handle in a biosafety cabinet under sterile conditions. The material shall be used up once opened.

3. this product contains pathogenic microorganisms, please do not directly touch the samples with your hands, please discard the residual samples after high temperature and high pressure sterilization.

5. Preservation and transportation
