Subculture procedure Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, and the sample needs a total of 100mL of sterile water or sterile physiological saline to dissolve. Then open it in the biosafety cabinet, immediately add 3~4mL of sterile water, suck it out after dissolution and put it into a sterile bottle, repeatedly wash the inner wall of the vial with the remaining sterile water, and transfer it to the above sterile bottle, which is 100mL standard sample stock solution.
