Subculture procedure | 1. Sample treatment: nucleic acid extraction shall be carried out according to the operation instructions of kit A. For details, please refer to Annex 1; 2. Detection experiment: dissolve the components in kit B on ice, mix well, centrifuge for a short time and put them on ice for later use; 3. Reagent preparation: reaction system (25 μL), take 15 μL of reaction solution, add 2 μL of template, 8 μL of DEPC-treated water, mix well, and centrifuge briefly; 4. Reaction conditions: the first step is 95 ℃ for 1min, the second step is 95 ℃ for 10s, the third step is 58 ℃ for 30s, and the second to third steps are cycled 40 times. 5.
