Subculture procedure Samples required a total of 100mL of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30min, then open it in the biosafety cabinet, immediately add 3~4mL of sterile water, suck it out after dissolution, and put it into a sterile bottle, repeatedly wash the inner wall of the vial with the remaining sterile water, and transfer all of it to the above sterile bottle, which is the standard sample stock solution.
