Growth conditions	37°C; 18-24h; aerobic
Subculture procedure	① Thaw Frozen vials in a water bath (37°C), shaking vigorously to dissolve; ② Disinfect the outer surface of the vial with an alcohol swab, then transfer to a biosafety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew the cap, aspirate the entire thawed solution, and Agar plate onto 1-2 agar plates (approximately 200μL per Agar plate); ④ Spread evenly and incubate under the specified conditions.
