Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 tablets mentioned above; ② Open the safety cabinet, burn the top with an alcohol lamp, quickly drip sterile water to break it, and then use tweezers to crush it; ③ Take 0.5mL of sterile water and transfer it into a freeze-drying tube. After fully dissolving the bacterial powder, transfer it into two plates, each plate containing about 200 μ L, and apply evenly; ④ Place the petri dish under the above cultivation conditions for cultivation, and once the bacterial strain grows, it can be used.

Recovery steps:

(1)Prepare a sterile test tube of 5~10ml liquid medium and 2 pieces of 90mm agar plates;
(2)Sterilizing of the ampoule, under aseptic conditions, remove the cap and take out the inner vial. lift the cotton plug, rehydrate the pellets by drawing 0.5ml of liquid culture medium into the vial.
(3)Fully dissolved, transfer the solution to the liquid test tube, mix evenly;
(4)Inoculate a plate with the solution, distribute it well in 200ul/ plate; the plates are not allowed to seal by wrapping.
(5)Put all the plates and test tubes under the above culture conditions for cultivation, The culture solution is obviously turbid after 18-24 hours, and this indicates the bacterial grow well.
(6)If the strain does not grow, it should be continued to be cultured for 72h, and then used
