Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 tablets mentioned above; ② After disinfecting the surface of the tablet, open it in the safety cabinet; ③ Take 1-3ml of sterile water and pour it into the Agar plate. Use a sterile coating rod to scrape the bacterial coating back and forth on the surface of the Agar plate to make a bacterial suspension; ④ Suck the bacterial suspension with a pipette, pour it onto a fresh Agar plate, and apply evenly; ⑤ Place the agar plate under the above cultivation conditions for cultivation.

2. Storage conditions
Storage of freezed dried ampoule and agar slant at 2°C to 8°C.
3. Growth Conditions 
(1)Comprehensive PDA: potato boiled juice 1000mL, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 3g, magnesium sulfate 1.5g, glucose 20g, vitamin B1 10mg, agar 20g,pH natural. Potato boiling solution: 200g of potato, peeled, cut into pieces, boiled in distilled water for 30min, constant volume of filtrate to 1000mL for later use. 121 ℃,15min.
(2) Atmosphere: aerobic
(3)Temperature: 25 ℃
4. Notes:

(1)Normal culturing time, 1-2days for bacterial, 3days for yeast, 5-7days for mould, 7-10days for fungal.

(2)Agar slant shall be inoculated asap, and long-term storage is not recommended.

(3)Please recover the strains in strict accordance with this instruction, otherwise the replacement of the strain are not be available in case of viability loss caused by different media or growth conditions.

(4)Users should ensure the safe storage and operation of the strain.Waste generated from the handling process should be discarded after high-pressure sterilization
