Growth conditions 37°C; 18-24h; aerobic;
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Open in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with a spirit lamp, then quickly add sterile water to break it open; use forceps to crush it; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial, dissolve the powder completely, then dispense 200μL/well onto plates, spreading evenly; ④ Incubate plates under the specified conditions; the strain is ready for use once growth appears.
