| Growth conditions | 37 ℃; 3-7 days; anaerobic |
| Subculture procedure | ① Prepare 1 test tube of liquid culture medium (placed in anaerobic environment for 24 hours of deoxygenation in advance); ② Dissolve the Frozen vials in a 37 ℃ water bath and shake rapidly for dissolution; Wipe the outer wall of the Frozen vial with an alcohol swab for disinfection, and then transfer it to an anaerobic glove box for operation; ③ Unscrew the cap of the tube, aspirate all the dissolved solution, and transfer the bacterial solution to a new liquid culture medium using a pipette or suction tube in an anaerobic environment; ④ Incubate the liquid test tube under the above cultivation conditions until the bacterial solution becomes turbid and ready for use. |
