Description Potato glucose agar
Composition Potato Infusion Powder:6.0g, Glucose:20.0g, Agar:20.0g, pH:5.6±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 30°C; 24-48h; aerobic
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Open in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with a酒精灯, then quickly add sterile water to break it, and subsequently crush it with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial. After fully dissolving the bacterial powder, dispense approximately 200μL onto each of two plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under the specified conditions. The culture is ready for use once bacterial growth appears.
