1, potato, glucose agar medium (PDA): potato extract 1.0L, glucose 20.0g, agar 15.0g,pH natural. [Note] Potato extract: 200g of peeled potato is taken, cut into small pieces, add 1.0L of water to boil for 30min, filter out potato pieces, and supplement the filtrate to 1.0L.
