1, Czapek ' Sagar: sucrose 30.0g,NaNO3 3.0 g,MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g,KCl 0.5 g,FeSO4·4H2O 0.01 g,K2HPO4 1.0 g, agar 15.0g, distilled water 1.0 L,pH 6.0-6.5.
