morphology	On YEPD agar after 2 days at 25° C, colonies are cream-colored, shiny, and smooth. Older colonies show filaments-like structure at the margin and may have ridges or folders. Cells are ovoid (3.0-6.0 x 4.0-8.0 μm), budding, mostly singly and rarely clustered in young culture. Cells will elongate and form chain-like branched pseudohyphae in older culture.

Medium :YM medium yeast extract 3.0g, malt extract 3.0g, glucose 10.0g, peptone 5.0g, agar 20.0g (without liquid medium), distilled water 1.0L,pH 6.2±0.2. Sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15min.

Recovery steps:

(1)Prepare a sterile test tube of 5~10ml liquid medium and 2 pieces of 90mm agar plates;
(2)Sterilizing of the ampoule, under aseptic conditions, remove the cap and take out the inner vial. lift the cotton plug, rehydrate the pellets by drawing 0.5ml of liquid culture medium into the vial.
(3)Fully dissolved, transfer the solution to the liquid test tube, mix evenly;
(4)Inoculate a plate with the solution, distribute it well in 200ul/ plate; the plates are not allowed to seal by wrapping.
(5)Put all the plates and test tubes under the above culture conditions for cultivation, The culture solution is obviously turbid after 2~3days, and this indicates the bacterial grow well.
(6)If the strain does not grow, it should be continued to be cultured for 5 days, and then used according to the test requirements.
