| Subculture procedure | ① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Open plates in a biosafety cabinet after surface disinfection; ③ Pipette 1-3 ml sterile water (pre-equilibrated in anaerobic conditions for 24h) onto the Agar plate. Scrape the bacterial mat from the surface using a sterile spreader to create a suspension; ④ Aspirate the suspension with a Pasteur pipette and inoculate onto fresh plates, spreading evenly; ⑤ Incubate plates under the specified conditions. |
