Description YM agar medium
Composition Yeast Extract Powder:3.0g, Malt Extract:3.0g, Glucose:10.0g, Casein Peptone:5.0g, Agar:20.0g, pH:6.2±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 30 ℃; 24-48 hours; aerobic;
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 tablets mentioned above; ② Open the safety cabinet, burn the top with an alcohol lamp, quickly drip sterile water to break it, and then use tweezers to crush it; ③ Take 0.5mL of sterile water and transfer it into a freeze-drying tube.
