Receiving notice: if any abnormality is found on the day of receipt, please contact the customer service within 24 hours. If it is overdue, it is deemed that the bacteria are well. The freeze dried culture shall be used up once and shall not be retained. The bacterial viability will resume after 1-2 generation of recovery and can be used normally. Handling instructions of agar plate is enclosed. Please operate in strict accordance with this instruction, otherwise the replacement of bacteria are not be available in case of aberrant growth and loss of viability.
Growth conditions: 30 ℃, aerobic, pityrosporum culture medium: wort agar 60.0g, bovine bile (dry) 20.0g, twain 40 10.0g,Glycerol mono-oleate 2.5g, distilled water 1.0 L. Sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15min. 5-7 days. (Once the strain is transferred to culture, it cannot be placed below 30 ℃, and it needs to be transferred every 3-4 weeks.)
Recovery steps:
① Prepare the above flat plate 1-2 block;
②The frozen storage tube is dissolved in a 30 ℃ water bath, and the surface is disinfected and opened in a safety cabinet;
③ Use a pasteurized pipette to suck the bacteria liquid, punch it into the plate, and coat it evenly;
④ Place the plate under the above culture conditions for 5-7 days.
Recovery record: According to the recovery instructions, the results of the recovery are reported as follows:
