Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 tablets mentioned above; ② Open the safety cabinet, burn the top with an alcohol lamp, quickly drip sterile water to break it, and then use tweezers to crush it; ③ Take 0.5mL of sterile water and transfer it into a freeze-drying tube. After fully dissolving the bacterial powder, transfer it into two plates, each Agar plate containing about 200 μ L, and apply evenly; ④ Place the petri dish under the above cultivation conditions for cultivation, and once the bacterial strain grows, it can be used.

Receiving notice: if any abnormality is found on the day of receiving goods, please contact customer service within 24 hours. if it is overdue, it will be regarded as good receiving goods. Dry powder shall not be retained after one use, and can be used after 1~2 generations of activation. please refer to the attached page for details of inclined plane and bacterial solution. Please activate in strict accordance with this instruction, otherwise the replacement service will not be provided if the strain is abnormal and inactivated.

Growth conditions:25-28 ℃, aerobic, 5-7 days, chashel agar medium: 3g sodium nitrate, 1g dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 0.5g magnesium sulfate, 0.5g potassium chloride, 0.01g ferrous sulfate, 30g sucrose, 15g agar (not included in liquid medium), 1.0L distilled water, pH 6.2 ±0.2. Sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15min.

Recovery steps:

(1) Prepare 1-2 of above mentioned plates;

(2) Open it in biosafety cabinet, heat the tip of ampoule in a flame, quickly drop sterile water to creak it, then break it with forceps;

(3) Open the ampoule in the biosafety cabinet, heat the tip of ampoule in a flame, directly dispense 200ul of the liquid suspension into a agar plate evenly.

(4) Put the plates under the above culture conditions for cultivation.

Recovery record:  According to the recovery instructions, the results of the recovery are reported as follows:

item test result
viability:

good viability,in 3 days floc growth at the top of the culture solution,

obvious plate bacteria layer .In 5 days strain layer become obvious,  colony is typical on the streaked plate

colony morphology:

(above)

filamentous fungi, with obvious colonies on Cha's agar medium, forming tiny communities,

hyphae are white, dense, hyphae spread and grow, producing a large number of gray-yellow spores.

conclusion: good viability, no abnormal colony morphology, qualified
