Description Trypticase Soy Blood Agar
Composition Tryptone:15.0g, Soy Peptone:5.0g, NaCl:5.0g, Sterile Defibrinated Sheep Blood:5%, Agar:15.0g, pH:7.3±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 37 ℃; 3-5 days; 5%CO2；
Subculture procedure ① Dissolve the Frozen vial in a water bath (37 ℃) and shake rapidly to dissolve; ② Wipe the outer wall of the Frozen vial with an alcohol swab for disinfection, and then transfer it to a safe cabinet for operation; ③ Unscrew the tube cap, aspirate all the dissolved solution, and transfer it into 1-2 agar plates; ④ After uniform coating, transfer to the above cultivation conditions for cultivation. (During the cultivation process, the agar plate should be kept moist.
