Composition	Potato Infusion Powder:10.0g, Glucose:20.0g, KH₂PO₄:3.0g, MgSO₄.7H₂O:1.5g, Thiamine:0.008g, Agar:15.0g, pH:6.0±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	25°C; 5-7 days; aerobic;
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Disinfect the surface of the test tube slants before opening them in a biosafety cabinet; ③ Cut blocks (see appendix) into 0.5×0.5 cm² squares using a sterile inoculation fork and spatula; ④ Place the square blocks flat onto the center of the Agar plate, on the agar surface; ⑤ Incubate the plates upright under the above conditions until fungal growth appears, then use.

morphology	Small filamentous fungus. Colony appears distinct on comprehensive PDA medium: white, with dense, vigorous, velvety mycelium. Medium appears pale yellow on the reverse side.
