Description Potato glucose agar
Composition Potato Infusion Powder:6.0g, Glucose:20.0g, Agar:20.0g, pH:5.6±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 24 ℃; 5-7 days; aerobic
Subculture procedure ① Dissolve the Frozen vial in a water bath (fungi at 30 ℃) and shake rapidly to dissolve; ② Wipe the outer wall of the Frozen vial with an alcohol swab for disinfection, and then transfer it to a safe cabinet for operation; ③ Unscrew the tube cap and transfer the solution and its bacterial block into 1-2 agar plates; ④ After uniform coating, transfer to the above cultivation conditions for cultivation.
