Subsequently, open it within a biosafety cabinet, immediately add 3–4 mL of sterile water for reconstitution, and then aspirate and transfer the solution into a sterile bottle.Rinse the inner walls of the vial with the remaining sterile water, and transfer all washes to the sterile bottle mentioned above. The resulting solution constitutes the negative quality control sample, with a total volume of 300 mL and a concentration of 300–3000 MPN/L. |
