Growth conditions 37 ℃; 18-24h; aerobic;
Subculture procedure ① Dissolve the sample in 10mL sterile water or sterile physiological saline; ② Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biosafety cabinet and immediately add 3-4 mL of sterile water.
