| Subculture procedure | (1) Parasite inoculation: Remove Trichomonas vaginalis from -80°C freezer and rapidly thaw in a 37°C water bath. Inoculate 500μL of undiluted parasite suspension per tube and incubate at 35°C under anaerobic conditions for 2-3 days. (2) Parasite Collection: Begin collection after 3 days of parasite culture. Harvest by centrifuging at 1500 rpm for 10 min, collect the pellet, and store at -80°C. |
