Inoculate 500 μL of parasite stock solution into each tube and incubate under anaerobic conditions at 35°C for 2-3 days. (2) Parasite Harvesting: Begin harvesting after 3 days of culture. Centrifuge at 1500 rpm for 10 min, collect the pellet, and store at -80°C. |
