Culture medium	Nutritional gravy medium (English name: NA/NB): beef paste 3.0g, peptone 10.0g,NaCl 5.0g, agar 20.0g (not included in liquid medium), distilled water 1.0L,pH 7.0. Sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15min. [Note] Adding 5 mgMnSO4 · H2O to culture Bacillus is beneficial to produce spores.
Subculture procedure	After taking out the quality control sample from the refrigerator at -20 ℃, placing it at room temperature for 30 min, then opening it in the biological safety cabinet, immediately adding 1.1mL of sterile water or sterile physiological saline to re-dissolve the freeze-dried quality control product, and fully mixing it to prepare a sample suspension, which is a quality control sample with a concentration of 2.0~2.6 × 10 ^ 6CFU/ml.

3. Instructions

After taking the quality control samples out of the -20°C refrigerator, they were placed at room temperature for 30 minutes to equilibrate, and then opened in the biological safety cabinet. Immediately add 1.1 mL of sterile water or sterile normal saline to reconstitute the lyophilized quality control samples, and fully reconstitute the lyophilized samples. After mixing, prepare a sample suspension, which is the quality control sample, with a concentration of 2.0~2.6× 10⁶CFU/ml.

4.Notes

1. After receiving the goods, please keep them properly. If there is any damage, please contact the center within 24 hours after receipt.

2. Please operate in a sterile environment and in a biological safety cabinet. After opening, you must use it all at once.

3. This product is a live microbial product, which has certain risks of biological safety. Please do not directly touch the sample in the bottle with your hands. After use, please sterilize the residual sample at high temperature and high pressure and discard it.

5. Preservation and transportation

long-term storage:-20 ℃, valid for 1 year; Transportation conditions: ice bag transportation, the time should not exceed 10 days.
