Subculture procedure Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, and the sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 100mL of sterile water or sterile normal saline. Then open it in the biological safety cabinet, immediately add 3~4mL of sterile water, dissolve it and suck it out into a sterile bottle, repeatedly wash the inner wall of the penile bottle with the remaining sterile water, and transfer it to the above sterile bottle, which is 100mL standard sample stock solution.

3. Instructions

The samples require a total of 100L sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, place the sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biological safety cabinet, add 3-4mL of sterile water immediately, dissolve it, suck it out and put it into a sterile bottle, and repeatedly wash the inner wall of the vial with the remaining sterile water, and transfer all the samples to the vial. The above sterile bottle is the standard sample stock solution.

4. Notes

1. After receiving the goods, please keep them properly. If there is any damage, please contact the center within 24 hours after receipt;

2. Please operate in a sterile environment, in a biological safety cabinet, and use it all at once after opening;

3. This product contains pathogenic microorganisms. Please do not directly touch the samples in the bottle with your hands. After use, please sterilize the residual samples at high temperature and high pressure and discard them.

5. Preservation and transportation

long-term storage:-20 ℃, valid for 1 year; Transportation conditions: ice bag transportation, the time should not exceed 7 days.
