Subculture procedure Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, and the sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 100mL of sterile water or sterile normal saline. Then open it in the biological safety cabinet, immediately add 3~4mL of sterile water, dissolve it and suck it out into a sterile bottle, repeatedly wash the inner wall of the penile bottle with the remaining sterile water, and transfer it to the above sterile bottle, which is 100mL standard sample stock solution.

3. Instructions 

Dissolve the material by 100mL of sterile water or sterile saline. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, then opened in the biosafety cabinet, 3-4ml of sterile water is immediately added, dissolved and transferred into a sterile bottle; rinse the inner wall of the penicillin bottle with the remaining sterile water, and transfer all the solution to the former sterile bottle. That is the standard sample stock solution.

4. Precautions

2. Please handle in a biosafety cabinet under sterile conditions. The material shall be used up once opened.

3. this product contains pathogenic microorganisms, please do not directly touch the samples with your hands, please discard the residual samples after high temperature and high pressure sterilization.

5. Preservation and transportation 

long-term storage: -20 ℃, valid for 1 year; ship on ice bag; the shipping time should not exceed 7 days.
