Composition	Peptone:10.0g, Beef Extract Powder:3.0g, NaCl:5.0g, Agar:15.0g, pH:7.3±0.1(25℃)
Growth conditions	30°C; 24-48h; aerobic;
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Open in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with an alcohol lamp, then quickly add sterile water to rupture it. Use forceps to break it into pieces; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial. After fully dissolving the bacterial powder, dispense approximately 200μL onto each of two plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies emerge.
