Subculture procedure | Samples required a total of 150 mL of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 min, then open it in the biosafety cabinet, immediately add 3-4 mL of sterile water, dissolve it, suck it out and pour it into a sterile bottle, repeatedly wash the inner wall of the vial with the remaining sterile water, and transfer it to the above sterile bottle, which is the quality control sample suspension, totaling 150 mL, with a concentration of 800-8000 MPN/L. |
