Subculture procedure Samples required a total of 100mL of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30min, suck it out after dissolution and put it into a sterile bottle, wash the inner wall of the vial repeatedly with the remaining sterile water, and transfer all of it into the above sterile bottle, which is the standard sample stock solution.
